Mr. R.P. Rana – Managing Director

Mr. R.P. Rana has been leading New Heights Constructions Private Limited as its Managing Director since its incorporation on May 4, 2013. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings strong practical knowledge and a deep understanding of project execution. His exposure to diverse projects and on-ground challenges has enabled him to develop a result-oriented approach focused on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

He is known for his all-round capabilities in planning, management, and execution, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources. Under his guidance, the company has consistently delivered projects that meet high standards of quality while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.

 

Mr. Gurinder Singh – Director

Mr. Gurinder Singh has been serving as Director at New Heights Constructions Private Limited since April 1, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong academic foundation, having graduated in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in 1995. Over the years, he has been associated with a wide range of projects, contributing valuable insights in planning, design, and technical evaluation.

He plays a key role in strengthening the company’s consultancy capabilities, particularly in project planning, technical assessment, and strategic decision-making. His extensive knowledge and experience support the organization in handling complex project requirements and ensuring that projects are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
